The Process?

• Pre-inspection

Our service technician will inspect your area of concern and note the carpet construction and material. You will also be advised on any concerns specific to your rug.

• Furniture moving

Regular-size sofas, chairs, and furniture will be carefully moved, and larger pieces such as beds and dressers will be left in place under the regular pricing structure. You're responsible for removing any knickknacks and breakable items but let Pristine Clean handle the rest.

• Pre-conditioning

The carpet is pre-sprayed with special cleaning compounds specially designed for your particular carpet and soil conditions. Once the pre-spray has been applied we brush the solution into your carpet with a pile brush, loosening soil from the fibers and allowing the pre-conditioner to work much more effectively.

• Cleaning of the carpets

Once the soil has been loosened we use hot water extraction as our main cleaning method. Hot water mixed with a cleaning solution is injected into the carpet and immediately extracted. Our premium cleaning solutions will cut through the tough soil conditions without leaving any unpleasant residues.

• Neutralize

Every carpet that we clean is pH balanced, so there’s no sticky residue left behind, this treatment is applied as a rinse through the machine or applied after rinsing depending on soil conditions.

• Post spot treatment

If any spots are not removed during the cleaning process, specialty spotting techniques are applied.

• Post inspection

 All rugs go through a final inspection to ensure your investments are delivered in pristine condition.
